  1. Customizing a Goal Objective

    The ability to customize Goals. As currently we can only choose from set objectives, which limits our goals. Many times a goal does not have a measurable outcome, how do we put those goals in the system?

    For Eg: Goal- CRM Implementation for Development team, managing each end and helping to train the team on the new software.

  2. Disable Notifications When Creating Goals

    Have the ability For Admins/Exec's to turn off notifications when creating goals for others. Now the system sends out notifications to what feels like every user in the platform.

  3. Export Goals

    I would like to be able to export Goals within Pipeline. Currently, the option isn't available and I have to "snip" or "screenshot" the Goals and provide the details to my manager. I would like to have a more "presentable" option such as an Export feature for my manager.
