When viewing People list views, you have the option to add the 'Has Deals' column. However, if a Deal is archived, it will not be shown as associated with the person unless you perform a global search for the Deal name.
It would be highly beneficial to have some indication on the Person record or list view to signify that a Deal is archived. Currently, there is no such indication available via the person profile.
Implementing this feature would greatly enhance the visibility and ease of navigating archived Deals within the context of a Person. Thank you for considering this…

Adding a person into the system - Type Default
When he enters a person into the system, the workflow should be that the person is a lead and then he/she turns into a contact. Kenny would like the default to be a lead and then he should have to select "Contact" once the lead has been nurtured into the relationship state of contact.

Contact syncing
Syncing with Outlook for Contacts is not ideal. If I have a contact pre-existing in my Outlook contacts, it will not show up as an option when assigning a person to a deal in Pipeline; must create a new person in Pipeline. It does appear to sync in the opposite direction, but this should be a two-way sync.

Either display person status by name or add the ability to also display the name that the colored dot is assigned to within the list views
Please add the ability to display the name of the person status within the columns in the People list view. At the moment, only the colored dot is displayed and we have many statuses and would like to be able to see the status spelled out at a glance rather than needing to hover over the dot to see what that status is called if possible.

Sort or filter people under Company Page
It would be great if we were able to filter the people associated with a company by using certain keywords, or drag and drop to put them in a different order.

Adding Instagram in a person's profile?
Would your team ever consider adding instagram to the social media fields in a person's profile? I would love this addition if possible. Thanks for your consideration.

Clicking on First Name or Last Name in a People List should take us to the person's profile page
When I edit a People List to remove the "full name" columns and add the "first name" and "last name" columns, I cannot click on either of the names to take me to the person's profile page.

Multiple Companies attached to a person
Allow for individual "people" to be associated with multiple "companies" similar to how a "person" can be associated with multiple "deals."

Don't associate contacts with companies by a company email. Do it either by web domain OR by matching other contacts domain.

Add individual people to lists
It would be beneficial IMO to be able to add individual profiles to a list. For example, I have many people that I want to invite to the next lunch & learn. I realize I can just put the "Invite to Lunch & Learn" tag, but when trying to filter through those people, it doesn't always show everyone with that tag. In the 'Actions' drop down, there could be a "Add to List" option. This would keep these profiles in the list as we see fit. If I have a person that doesn't have any information other than an address…

Have "Deal Intelligence Fields" also available on Person List Views
Certain fields that currently only exist on the deal level (on grow) as part of the deal intelligence fields suite, would be helpful to have on the people list view. Including Time to First Activity.

Display the company phone number for the associated company record on a person contact within the person details section. Sometimes this number can differ from the individual's work number and it would be helpful to be able to see both.

Having the ability to resize the blocks on the "People" view
More customization would be nice regarding the "People" view. Size capabilities, move, and change the Headers would make it real nice.

multiple first and last name fields
Create the ability to have two names associated to a person file. Many couples I have to put John and Jane (in the first name field) Doe (in last name field) however if they have different last names I have to put John and Jane Doe-Smith (in the first name) and hope it comes up with the search. Then put Doe (in the last name).
