  1. Would be helpful to have system drop down for product (names) and associated pricing. Use case: We sell an enterprise application with volume pricing so that each incremental concurrent user, plus various options, will change the price. In our case, we would probably have to list 100+ "products" with a default configuration to accommodate our volume pricing. Currently we use a custom reference field that lists some pricing estimates (e.g. 10 user system of Product Z = $x; 11 user system of Product Z=$y) and that gets manually entered into the deal value field (plus custom fields split of $software…

  3. The gray type looks nice, but it isn't easy to read. The ability to change the fonts, increase/decrease font size and add colors would be nice!

  5. We create deals from a few sources (web forms, Panda Doc (trigger = doc sent)), and would like to import text into the Summary field on the deal page. I don't believe this exists without other steps?

It would be much more helpful if I could access and manipulate the Expected Close Date on the Deal Details page AND the Time to Close Date by connected to the Expected, not the Actual Close date. The nature of contracts the way they are, close dates are often in flux as project deliverables are added or subtracted.

  8. When entering the "missing blanks" when adding information to my deals would be much easier if we could simply tab from column to column rather than having to click the "close" button. It would make it much easier and speedier if you can add this!

  9. Hi, this idea doesn't really fit the "Deals" category - it's probably a significant new feature. I would love it if Pipeline had "trouble tickets" or some similar feature to track after sales service calls. We are a heavy equipment dealership and I'd like to track service issues after the sale is "won". I don't think the new aftersales feature you added some years ago fits the need. But it would be something similar to a separate pipeline. It should allow for tracking activities and updates - and allow for the ticket to be "closed" or "resolved" when the service…
