  3. Create a field for dates when moving to a new deal stage. For instance, a lead comes in on 4/13, a meeting is scheduled on 4/14, and then an RFP is generated on 4/20.

    Would be easier for reporting metrics internally to the sales team because you can get a daily, weekly, monthly, or annual view and have metrics week over week to speak to.

    For example, if running a report for the current week you would get:
    Leads 5
    Meetings Scheduled 3
    RFPS Obtained 2
    Won 1
    Lost 1

  4. it would be great to be able to have a source contact and a customer contact on the deal. My deals always have a source and a final customer sometiomes they have a distributor in the middle

  6. I use the CRM for mortgages. So my "deal" is a property. And every deal has multiple companies attached to it. For example in a normal transaction you would have a title company, an escrow company, an appraiser, the lender etc, etc.

Add a list of fields that are easily seen when I open a pipeline record which can be checked off when adding a deal, and shown what I sold and what can still be sold the minute I open my Pipeline record for follow-up. Ex. Space, Opening & Closing, Vault, Bronze Memorial, UMP, Overtime, FDLIC, Casket, etc.

  10. I would like to have the ability to remove the decimal point from a deal amount. My deals are normally pretty large in amount and I don't necessarily have a need for the "cents" to display in the amount.

  12. If a customer/company has asked for a number of quotations, you will find on the company record all the deals that have been generated. Please have the ability to go to the company page and selectively delete those deals from the company record that are no longer valid, etc. Without that ability to delete inactive deals from the company record, the "total pipeline amount" is skewed which throws off other items which are no longer valid.

  13. Please either change the expected behavior of the system or allow us to disable the change of ownership that happens automatically when deals are reassigned to not have the associated person ownership also updated automatically.

  14. Ability to assign deals based on regions/zip codes.
    The sales reps at Veritread divide up the US states via zip codes, so an automation or ability to assign via zip codes via API would save time in searching and reassigning manually depending on where the shipper is located.

  16. Instead of only being able to view deals as line items in a list, it would be helpful to visualize deals as cards in a column-based grid. This would be helpful for sales reporting meetings, where the funnel could serve as the centerpiece for conversations around pipeline velocity and status. It would be helpful if our team could view each pipeline stage as a column and discuss all deals at that stage. Furthermore, if ripeness could be displayed on each card, that would be stellar.   17. It would be helpful to add the ability to create a deal with a negative amount value on the mobile app. Currently you can do that when signed in via a web browser, but not on the mobile app. It would save my team time if they didn't have to go back and edit the deal amount after adding it from the app.

  18. When creating a new deal - Is it possible to enter a rental contacts with a specified rental period, say 24 months. The idea is that the deal repeats in the pipeline on a per month basis. Right now we are having to copy deals per period to achieve the same objective.
