Customizing the PDF when printing out companies/people
We are a small asphalt business and love to print out the files for our companies/people to have on hand or for the owner.
When we go to print out the PDF for a person (for example) it's very blank and doesn't include the summary.
Either customizing it or having it as a list format that portrays everything on the person's dashboard would be ideal. Otherwise we are printing out a blank pdf with only the first and last name with their address - which is useless.2 votes
Instead of having to manually apply a custom filter for the "past 60 days" please enable the ability to select "Last 60 days" as an option that can be filtered for a timeframe via listviews.1 vote

Clarify UI in notifications page
There are many "grayed out" checkboxes in notifications settings that make it look like the option is available, just disabled. In actuality that notification is not an option at all. Maybe there could be a blank space or tooltip when the mouse hovers over the option.1 vote
Enable the delete button for contacts and then have a deleted file to send those contacts to so any info tied to them is not gone forever. This would enable the users to only see GOOD contacts instead of anyone and everyone ever added. Having everyone in there is a waste of time when downloading a call list. Lot's of wasted time going through bad contacts.1 vote
Swap These Button
When I go to merge duplicate records, there is no longer a "swap these" button. Please consider bringing back this very convenient option, which makes it easier to keep the record that you want to keep.1 vote
Automatically import or suggest contacts
A way to automate the addition of new contacts within a company and/or deal? For instance, a way for the system to recognize if an unknown contact is cc'd on a relevant synced email thread, or to notice if there are additional contacts not in CRM but whose email addresses share the same business email domain.1 vote
Re-associate a Task from a Person to their Company, or another Person at their Company.
I want to change a Task from being associated with a person to that person's company itself OR to another person at that company. I can pull down the Associate To field, but I don't see options to do either of those.8 votes

I think some color to certain tabs. I'm not sure which tab creates a new activity. Hard to find.

There are note sections in several of the objects like company, person, etc. What is the purpose of so many. I feel like I am duplicating my efforts.1 vote

previous lead and next lead button top corner right hand side of each lead
Have a next lead and previous lead button at the top right hand side of each lead page. Make running through daily calls much faster. Asked for this many times over the years of using you guys. Ability to apply two sorts via a list view.
It would be great to be able to sort two columns and have the logic apply to the list view overall.
Example: Sort Companies A-Z AND Sort City A-Z1 vote
