Apply todo templates from mobile app
You can only create single tasks from the mobile app. Todo templates are not available for use.

iPhone application
Better phone app, it needs to be redesigned and faster. the layout is horrible and I cannot find my files properly. the app is NOT user friendly and is slow

Mobile - Add Activities/Notes directly from a task
Ability to add Activities and Notes right from the Task that is being selected in the app.
As of now, you are not able to add an Activity and Notes using the app from the task that was selected. In order to add an Activity you must click the + icon and associate it to a person, deal, etc which can create additional steps for the customer.

"Email" Activity Category for Mobile App
Please add "email" as an activity category on the mobile app. It is an option on the website version that I access on my computer but it would make it easier for my team if it was on the app as well.

Allow calendar view on the mobile app.

Sync contact to phone so you can see who is calling.
Be able to sync pipeline contact to phone contacts as this would allow the user to see who is calling and be more efficient.

Mapping
Mapping is an important part of your program but mostly on just the Mobile side of the software. I have to use 3rd party companies to do this same feature on my desktop since you don't offer it on the desktop. Incorporating it would enhance your software and better prepare my salesforce in creating travel plans.

Include an alert option for very important tasks to mobile app
Be able to add a notification to go to your phone about very important tasks to complete at a designated time. This would assist with getting tasks done in a timely manner without forgetting. For example.. if I need to call Joe at 9am, an alarm/notification goes off on my phone to contact him.
