Add system columns to "Company" lists for most recent activity anywhere on the company (last activity, activity count, etc)
When viewing the list of companies it would be ideal to have a column that indicated when the last (non-system) engagement/activity was tied to that company. Meaning directly on the company itself OR any of its deals or people. For B2B business sales, knowing which companies have not gotten touches in a certain period of time (with filtering by say last 30 days or whatever). Customer service team has to constantly open each company profile to see if any reps or support have had any contact or actions with a company to determine next outreach timing or see companies that have slipped through getting regular touches. (the company itself... not individual people or deals)
This would simply be the DATE of the last activity that appears in the company profile page when selecting the "Activities" filtered tab (see screenshot). If that date could be brought to the LIST view for sorting and filtering on it would save countless hours of back and forth clicking from lists to details.
As an added bonus... having a column of "Activity Count" (which would again be the number of actual (non-system) activities on a company (rolled up with people and deals). to see if companies are getting alot of engagement or very little.
