Enhance the global search
Provide the ability to have 'Deal Status' show up as part of the Global Search results.

Enhance Email Sync functionality
Provide an ability to be able to choose which messages are pulled in through the Email Sync functionality as opposed to having ALL messages being pulled in
Provide the ability to Sync multiple email accounts with the same Pipeline user

When you complete a Task you notify a Team Member that you completed it
When you complete a Task you notify a Team Member that you completed it with a simple a pulldown and clicking their name. I assign tasks to team members, and now they have to go and create an Activity which is an extra step.

Not automatically associating activities to an individual in a company when there's only one person listed
When adding an activity to PD, it automatically associates a person to the activity if there's only one employee in the company. Instead, it should default to "None" and allow you to choose if you want to associate your activity with a person in the company, as it does for companies with multiple people. Attached are screenshots of the automatic setting for companies with multiple employees and one employee, as well as the drop-down menu for a company with one employee. None should be the default, not Test Person 1.

Please provide the ability to edit the Deal Details section of a Deal record by allowing users to add custom fields to help better fit their business needs.

Customizable negative value in the column filter view
It would be great to be able to filter a column to view all entries WITHOUT a certain value/values.
For example, if I could filter for employee titles WITHOUT the words "vice" or "co-". I have attached a screenshot with what this might look like. Consistency for filtering this way would fall on the user.

Deal Modal Customization on the Company profile
The ability to customize the existing columns listed within the deal modal on a company page. - I would like to add custom fields in order to see information correlating to the company I am viewing without accessing the deal profile.

Associate multiple companies to a deal
I use the CRM for mortgages. So my "deal" is a property. And every deal has multiple companies attached to it. For example in a normal transaction you would have a title company, an escrow company, an appraiser, the lender etc, etc.
