Associate multiple companies to a deal
I use the CRM for mortgages. So my "deal" is a property. And every deal has multiple companies attached to it. For example in a normal transaction you would have a title company, an escrow company, an appraiser, the lender etc, etc.

Track Revenue for multi-year deals via a single deal
For example, let's say we close a deal that yields 100k in each of FY23, FY24, and FY25. The ideal state would be to forecast a single opportunity so that the 300k total deal value is split between the three financial years in our revenue forecasting.

View deals as cards within a column-based funnel (L>R).
Instead of only being able to view deals as line items in a list, it would be helpful to visualize deals as cards in a column-based grid. This would be helpful for sales reporting meetings, where the funnel could serve as the centerpiece for conversations around pipeline velocity and status. It would be helpful if our team could view each pipeline stage as a column and discuss all deals at that stage. Furthermore, if ripeness could be displayed on each card, that would be stellar. Ability to Copy deal in a set timeframe
When creating a new deal - Is it possible to enter a rental contacts with a specified rental period, say 24 months. The idea is that the deal repeats in the pipeline on a per month basis. Right now we are having to copy deals per period to achieve the same objective.

Disable system reassignment of person ownership when deal reassigned
Please either change the expected behavior of the system or allow us to disable the change of ownership that happens automatically when deals are reassigned to not have the associated person ownership also updated automatically.

Add checkbox instead of adding people individually into a Deal
In the Deals screen, allow me to add more than one person at a time with checkboxes. In the Deals screen, once a company is selected, a list of names appears. To add them into the deal only one name may be selected to add into the deal at once. I would prefer it if instead you would provide checkboxes so that all the names I want can be selected and added at once. The inability to to add more than one person at a time, is painful

Ability to restrict users from editing deal stage
Similar to locked fields, it would be nice to restrict editing deal stages for specific users.

Add bulk option to share selected deals
You can share a deal from the actions menu in the deal profile, but you cannot do it in bulk from the list view.

Ability to Control/Change Expected Close Date
It would be much more helpful if I could access and manipulate the Expected Close Date on the Deal Details page AND the Time to Close Date by connected to the Expected, not the Actual Close date. The nature of contracts the way they are, close dates are often in flux as project deliverables are added or subtracted.

Deals
Being able to add a "Files column" under the "Deals List View". I think it should look like the activities column, where you can click the button and it pops up and shows you all the activities. But in this case, when you click the file button it pops up and shows you all the files attached to the corresponding deal.

Create Date Fields for Each Deal Stage in Pipeline
Create a field for dates when moving to a new deal stage. For instance, a lead comes in on 4/13, a meeting is scheduled on 4/14, and then an RFP is generated on 4/20.
Would be easier for reporting metrics internally to the sales team because you can get a daily, weekly, monthly, or annual view and have metrics week over week to speak to.
For example, if running a report for the current week you would get:
Leads 5
Meetings Scheduled 3
RFPS Obtained 2
Won 1

a source person as well as a target person
it would be great to be able to have a source contact and a customer contact on the deal. My deals always have a source and a final customer sometiomes they have a distributor in the middle
