Track Revenue for multi-year deals via a single deal
For example, let's say we close a deal that yields 100k in each of FY23, FY24, and FY25. The ideal state would be to forecast a single opportunity so that the 300k total deal value is split between the three financial years in our revenue forecasting.

Default to Won when there are only 2 stages in pipeline
If there are only 2 stages in a pipeline, creating a deal will default to the lost stage. Generally users will submit won deals.

If a deal has contacts that the user cannot see, the user will see "owned by username" contact cards in the contacts section.

Deals
Being able to add a "Files column" under the "Deals List View". I think it should look like the activities column, where you can click the button and it pops up and shows you all the activities. But in this case, when you click the file button it pops up and shows you all the files attached to the corresponding deal.

As a company who has multiple revenue streams. I would love to be able to apply several different streams in one deal. Instead of making a new deal for each revenue option.

Add checkbox instead of adding people individually into a Deal
In the Deals screen, allow me to add more than one person at a time with checkboxes. In the Deals screen, once a company is selected, a list of names appears. To add them into the deal only one name may be selected to add into the deal at once. I would prefer it if instead you would provide checkboxes so that all the names I want can be selected and added at once. The inability to to add more than one person at a time, is painful

Recognize duplications based on Phone number
Recognize duplications based on Phone number as opposed to just email. Or a way to prohibit duplicate account creation unless permitted/send a notification to admin if a dupe is created.

Exec Brief box near the top
We really need one place near the top (easily found) where we can put an exec brief about a deal that enables anyone to quickly capture the main project info. A second description panel would be good.
