  2. When you complete a Task you notify a Team Member that you completed it with a simple a pulldown and clicking their name. I assign tasks to team members, and now they have to go and create an Activity which is an extra step.

  4. Every day I (and my team) create the same deals. We have the same propositions with the same pricing. I would like to select fixed deal options, when creating a deal, so this will not be such a fuzz anymore. Ofcourse it must be possible to also alter pricing in case of discounts etc. But it feels a bit silly and unnecessary labor intensive to fill out the same old thing day in and day out.

  7. Automatically show primary contact person in dropdown when creating deal.

    Now the primary contact person has to be typed in MANUALLY, which is not efficient, because this information is allready at hand.

    ' Search for person' should be complemented by ' Choose Person' and must contain ' the people' belonging to that specific company you are creating a deal for.

    Would make creating a deal much faster.

  8. Is there a way to integrate our client accounts into pipeline somehow? For example, the two biggest companies we use are MassMutual and SEI - it would be nice for the accounts to be in pipeline as well somehow so we can easily see everything that we manage. Also, it would be nice to share files from emoney advisor that the clients upload to their vault.

  12. I would like to be able to access my invalid record reports generated by my import attempts for a longer period of time. If that is not possible, it would be great if the hyperlinked number of invalid records on the Manage Imports list view would deactivate once the report has expired and I no longer am able to access it.

Comstock Construction has a bid date (custom field, date field) that is updated periodically throughout a deals lifecycle, there'e been an ask to have an activity populated when this field is updated to show 1.) date updated and 2.) who updated this record, applying the same logic as when a system field is updated and logged in the activity feed.

  16. Add functionality to mark Agenda items as "In-Progress".
    A simple check-box to mark in-progress in the detailed editor would do the trick. Highlight/tag these in some way to differentiate in the Agenda box on deals/lists. Often agenda items are dependent on others responding/completing an action. This would allow a clear way to see those actions that require follow-up. Having a way to see how long they have been in-progress would be great down the line.

  20. Use case: FujiFilm has created one-click activities as a way to ensure their reps are filling in essential data when adding activity records. Because they manually do not have the ability to apply one click activities from an account admin level, I've received a couple of requests now to take care of this for them. While this is not the end of the world, it has got me thinking this may drive usage of one-click activities if admins could choose these and apply to all users across an account.
