    I often end up having far too many repeat files in my deals that automatically get added to a deal with each email. This would both save storage space and decrease clutter in a deal.

    My outlook is synched with PLD, when I send an email with an attachment to the person associated with a deal, the attachment/file is saved in the "FILES" section at the bottom of the deal page - love that! BUT my co-worker has an image file in his email salutation and every time he sends an email to the person in a deal, that image file is saved to the files area, so if he sends 100 emails, there are then 100 of these files.. That is super terrible!

    I am not a programmer, but I would think that you could design this redundancy out so that there is only ever one of each file name saved in the deal.
