Yes, that would help .. basically a negative turn .. so items with a certain characteristic would be able to be EXCLUDED from a search!

Email templates should have a unique url so you can easily reference them with teammates in an email.

I just wanted to reiterate, this seems to be a real miss. I am constantly forgetting to set a date. Perhaps just move the date field up, or bold it if that's easier than a pop up. If you query your database over all your customers, I'll bet 95%+ of tasks have due dates.

This is an important idea, and very needed. When I want to reach back out to someone that another team member contacted, I need to know which email they used. (Probably half our 30,000 contacts have more than one email address.)
