  3. When he enters a person into the system, the workflow should be that the person is a lead and then he/she turns into a contact. Kenny would like the default to be a lead and then he should have to select "Contact" once the lead has been nurtured into the relationship state of contact.

  6. Pipeline Team,

    Currently, it looks like only the Admin User is able to view other user's calendar events (both on the physical calendar and within the agenda section on Deal itself). If I'm a Manager but not an Admin of Pipeline with my company, I'm unable to view my staff's calendar events, only my own.

    Can this be adjusted? Feels like it should be a standard/core feature of the system.

  7. When a change is made to a Deal custom fields can be updated. However, It can only update custom fields on the Deal, I would like the ability to also update custom fields of another record type, such as Company.

  9. Being able to add a "Files column" under the "Deals List View". I think it should look like the activities column, where you can click the button and it pops up and shows you all the activities. But in this case, when you click the file button it pops up and shows you all the files attached to the corresponding deal.

  10. I find it hard to use a touch screen computer and scroll through the dashboard because I end up moving something when I don't want to. If you could have an option to lock the dashboard widgets so it doesn't get rearranged accidentally, that would be great.

  11. Currently, the Win Ratio is a % of Won Deals divided by Won Deals plus Lost Deals. For many sales teams, in my case Painting estimators, we are interested and track our sales people's Win Ratio on a weekly and monthly basis.
    It would be more useful is the ratio was a simple % of Won Deals versus Total Estimates Given.

  12. I rarely use the Dashboard and primarily use the "People" tab.

    I would like the ability to choose a default tab, such as "People" upon initial sign-on instead of auto-defaulting to the "Dashboard"

  13. Instead of having to manually apply a custom filter for the "past 60 days" please enable the ability to select "Last 60 days" as an option that can be filtered for a timeframe via listviews.

  14. I have to update a report for my sales team each week -- and it's a pain to log into the Google Sheets each week just to hit the "Refresh" button on the integration

    Google Sheets has time-based triggers (which I use to update other 3rd-party data on the report)... but can't do it automatically with the Pipeline data

    Please enable the ability for automatic updates in Pipeline CRM .

  15. Syncing with Outlook for Contacts is not ideal. If I have a contact pre-existing in my Outlook contacts, it will not show up as an option when assigning a person to a deal in Pipeline; must create a new person in Pipeline. It does appear to sync in the opposite direction, but this should be a two-way sync.

Create an option for Parent Companies, many of our customers/prospects are part of a group of companies and it is a manual process for us to keep track of it and many colleagues do not update the info or track it in a different way, when we share a group of companies with others it is difficult to keep track of changes, etc.

    In the parent company view, we should be able to see all of the companies listed in one view and a "Parent Company" field in companies. Parent Companies would act the same as a company, i.e. you…

  19. Many businesses use an App called WiseStamp to create a professional signature. It allows us to use a professional template and automatically insert pix, automated recognizable social icons, and other links to all things that are important to our business. The customization for email signature in Pipeline is very limited and "old school". Inserting pix and links to our websites and socials (Linked In, FB, IG, Twitter, other common business platforms, etc.) all has to be done by hand, and it comes out looking very clunky.
