3. View deals as cards within a column-based funnel (L>R).

   Instead of only being able to view deals as line items in a list, it would be helpful to visualize deals as cards in a column-based grid. This would be helpful for sales reporting meetings, where the funnel could serve as the centerpiece for conversations around pipeline velocity and status. It would be helpful if our team could view each pipeline stage as a column and discuss all deals at that stage. Furthermore, if ripeness could be displayed on each card, that would be stellar. This could be as simple as adding the Age column's value somewhere on the card, or perhaps assigning colorized flags, corners, or backgrounds to signify whether a deal is ripe--or rotting :)--without having to click into the deal. This kind of flag/marker allows macro-level insights into pipeline health (not just deal health). For example, if deals are regularly languishing at the Opportunity stage vs. the Contract stage, remedial action can be taken to optimize activities/SOPs specific to certain pipeline stages, rather than just reacting to every deal without recognizing pipeline patters. 10. Ability to Copy deal in a set timeframe

    When creating a new deal - Is it possible to enter a rental contacts with a specified rental period, say 24 months. The idea is that the deal repeats in the pipeline on a per month basis. Right now we are having to copy deals per period to achieve the same objective.

12. Email Campaigns - update expected behavior

    1. This is a new issue - previously I could set up multiple bulk mail campaigns and they wouldn't send to the wrong people later
    2. You're offering a bulk mail service, but then saying that I have to accept that the system will change the list I have selected and the email will be sent to the wrong people - it's frankly not OK
    3. The only 'solution' you are offering is that I should wait until the end of each 1000 emails and then set up another email, obviously not a reasonable or practical expectation - OR that for each bulk email I send I should create a new list. So if I email 100,000 people in a week I should create and then delete 100 lists in that week also - obviously not a manageable or reasonable expectation, and even if I would accept setting up and deleting hundreds of new lists on a weekly or monthly basis that would leave room for a lot of human error.
    4. Once you set up an email campaign, the system should send it to the people you have selected - it's quite simple. If that can't be done I really don't know if I can continue with the service, as it's just not OK to be at risk of sending emails to the wrong customers and clients.

    This is a glitch that only started to happen recently, and it's one that you really need to resolve. Please take another look, urgently please. Sales are hard enough as it is with Covid without being slowed down like this from a major systems glitch.
