Using a tab to move from column to column
When entering the "missing blanks" when adding information to my deals would be much easier if we could simply tab from column to column rather than having to click the "close" button. It would make it much easier and speedier if you can add this!

Add Sales Rep Name to Company Page - Deals section
On the individual company page, in the deals section, instead of seeing revenue or instead of seeing the owner name, why can't you put a column in this section that has the sales reps name that is linked to the deal you are working on? I know I'm the owner of the acct and the deal. I want to be able to decipher which rep the deal is linked to at a glance so that I can either sort and call or sort and notate. It would be so much easier when I have to report back to their sales…

Trouble Tickets!
Hi, this idea doesn't really fit the "Deals" category - it's probably a significant new feature. I would love it if Pipeline had "trouble tickets" or some similar feature to track after sales service calls. We are a heavy equipment dealership and I'd like to track service issues after the sale is "won". I don't think the new aftersales feature you added some years ago fits the need. But it would be something similar to a separate pipeline. It should allow for tracking activities and updates - and allow for the ticket to be "closed" or "resolved" when the service…

Can't see full file names with new format
The new format of the companies isn't showing the file names in their entirety. I need to be able to see the full names of the files and documents. It is only showing the first 30 characters or so.

Include today in the filter for Anytime in the future.
If I am looking to filter a list view I would like the option to include today in the logic behind Any time in the Future. In order to create a static list that would only need to be refreshed instead of filtered each time.

Upfront Notice that adding a new user equals paying for a new license
User feels that adding a new user and and no mention of additional cost upfront is confusing. He understands the requirement to pay for add'l license comes up after inputting new person, Feels it should be acknowledged before hand and clearly relaying that a new user equals paying for a new license.

Your product on different platforms is becoming not user friendly
I typically do not give feedback, however, it has become necessary. My colleagues and I have been more and more frustrated. I use this software almost daily.
Our frustration is you keep upgrading an already easy-to-use product. It is now becoming harder and harder to use. The other day I was trying to make a quick note on my iPhone CRM and noticed you could not get to certain places to make the proper notes. I am sure your ideas are helpful to some, especially those with a technical background.

Lead/People activity restrictions
I would like to see investment Counselor (basic users ) to only be able to see the activities of people that belong to them and not others.

Do not automatically carry over Person activities to new company
Contacts in our industry change companies several times. We would like the activities created with a company to stay with that company when we update a contact's company association.

Please list past due agenda items (in red!) on agenda under dashboard
Please don't just drop the past due tasks from this agenda view. It is cumbersome to hit the 'past due' button every time to view the past due items. I know I can do this under the agenda tab, but i prefer to use the dashboard agenda.

Company Contact Page
The company page for Williams Professional Painting has not been changed to the new format that Pipeline has developed. Please don't change it. The new format required more steps for the user, examples: In Deals you can no longer see the primary contract without taking the additional step of opening the deal. When adding a activity it is much more difficult to read and find the company "person" contact you are directing the notes for.

Sub Teams - Owner
How could Pipeline create a sub-team within a team so that I only see my 5 reps information when looking at a report under deals? Currently when I pull a report, I see all reps (17) but I'm only interested in my 5 names for my reps being at the top of the list in order.

Remove automatic company name creation from email entry
Company names are often created when adding a new record based on the email address . . . this is not always accurate and creates unnecessary companies in the database.

Add a new column to list views that automatically shows the time zone based on address
Add a new system field that you an add to list views or shows in the profile page what time zone the person is on based on their address or area code.
