  1. When I create a custom list of companies, based on my specific target market, I should be able to toggle easily to see all associated contacts. I cannot. Alternatively, from the People view, I should be able to reference a campaign/custom list/view/etc. as a column and sort for contacts included in that criteria. This is basic, table stakes functionality if a salesperson is utilizing your CRM to build out and work a territory.

  2. When opening a new window or refreshing a page on Pipeline, any adjustments to the spacing of the columns and lists that you may have made as a user are always reset. For example "days since last activity" takes up FAR to much space and I adjust it every time I refresh the page so I can see a wider scope of what is going on with each client. If we could SAVE THE WAY WE ADJUST OUR SPACING ON LISTS AND COLUMNS, it would save me a great deal of time and provide a more unique, efficient and personal…

  3. It would be great to be able to filter a column to view all entries WITHOUT a certain value/values.

    For example, if I could filter for employee titles WITHOUT the words "vice" or "co-". I have attached a screenshot with what this might look like. Consistency for filtering this way would fall on the user.

  4. Easier visibility between pipelines

    Provide an easier way to toggle between pipelines. Using the stage isn't the best. The ability to look at entire pipeline at a time, and then dial in by stage from there (outside of reporting) would be extremely helpful for the project management side of things.

  6. I'd like to limit the visibility of conversations and deals from my sales reps (other than their own), but still allow them to see what companies and contacts are in Pipeline. This will keep multiple reps from calling on the same client.

  7. We utilize a list view in our account labeled “Bid Schedule” quite often, currently I have to manually update the “Bid Date” drop down to show today’s date through the next 5 weeks…. Is there a way to set that to just automatically updated to include “todays date” through the next 5 weeks? The “anytime in the future” does not work because it does not include today.

  9. Currently, TEXT fields don't format whatever is written / entered. New line / paragraph starts all meld together and sentences are presented as an ongoing run on mash of words. No paragraph breaks.
    This limits the the TEXT field function. Can be no ongoing data entry as no line breaks or paragraph breaks.

    If I remember the MULTIPLE ASSOCIATION FIELD suffer from no formatting also. If I associate or link 3 companies. The resulting display will be a run on line of names. Better would be if the companies list vertically, each getting a new line and paragraph break.
