  1. it would be AMAZING if we could populate a template within the description of the task so that users could fill out answers to questions or standard list of questions/bullet lists (reminders on how to complete the task completely/fully could be inserted here).

  8. When a change is made to a Deal custom fields can be updated. However, It can only update custom fields on the Deal, I would like the ability to also update custom fields of another record type, such as Company.

  10. create an automation using "deal" as the base, when an activity category is create it will then trigger the automation to increase the numeric value of a custom field.Having those types of automation features and additional triggers create a lot of opportunity for efficiency. - Which may be an edge against other CRMs.

  15. Need an automation that can occur after an email or campaign is sent. If opened then this... if not opened then this.... This would really help streamline follow up and workflow and allow for contacts not to be forgotten.

  16. I would be nice to be able to send out bid invitations to Vendors/Trade Partners (hosted as companies in the CRM portion) directly from Pipeline and have a project section to track all the bids and host all of the documents pertaining to each project.

  17. Currently if you go to trigger an email notification for when an activity is updated, there is not a way to add the company, person and/or deal the activity was logged under. It would be helpful to include that in the email notification to easily know what record the update was pertaining to.

  18. Currently automations are triggered when a state change (created, updated, etc.) happens for a object (deal, people, company).

    It would be great, having a manual trigger in form of a button. For example, we are generating PDF proposals for deals, currently when a new deal is added. We do that through the API and Microsoft Power Automate. As workaround we trigger the pdf generation also, when the deal stage changes to a specific one, so that we can kind of manually trigger the production of a PDF proposal also after the deal has been created already.
