Modify the Win Ratio to reflect Won Deals/ Estimates Given
Currently, the Win Ratio is a % of Won Deals divided by Won Deals plus Lost Deals. For many sales teams, in my case Painting estimators, we are interested and track our sales people's Win Ratio on a weekly and monthly basis.
It would be more useful is the ratio was a simple % of Won Deals versus Total Estimates Given.
