Delete contacts
Enable the delete button for contacts and then have a deleted file to send those contacts to so any info tied to them is not gone forever. This would enable the users to only see GOOD contacts instead of anyone and everyone ever added. Having everyone in there is a waste of time when downloading a call list. Lot's of wasted time going through bad contacts.
