Allow admin to share Contacts (not email or notes) of any selected Contact or Company

Currently if on a team unable to view another users record unless they are on the same team or global viewing is chosen for the Team. It would be nice to be able to select a single user to view records bidirectionally w/o having to do one of the steps above.

Request to be able to make activities added by team members or team leaders hidden from each other without taking away ability to see existence and owner of the existing record.
