It is very difficult to keep records and data organized and clean when company records get auto created anytime the user completes the form for adding a new deal or a new people record and they don't select an existing record; usually due to the fact that they have not used the same name or some other reason. It is even more frustrating that the company record that gets created is not assigned an owner. There used to be a prompt that a new company record would be created, but I don't see that anymore and even that didn't stop multiple duplicate records from being auto created. Also, if the user does not have the auto fill option turned off in their browser settings, then often the autofill will visually be overtop of any dropdown list from Pipeline and the use can mistake their selection from the autofill as being from the Pipeline list causing the duplicate record to be created with no owner. Please just stop auto creating company records or at least create a pop up window or something that warns of this - the small text that used to be there is not enough.

When we add a deal, we add the company name, contact name, etc. However, unlike the company name which will add automatically if not already in the database, the contact name will not. It would be nice to have the ability to add a contact name directly into the form just like we can add a company name that is not already in the database.

Provide the ability to combine Person profile information with Deal profile information so that all Person, Company and Deal information can be displayed all on one profile.

Provide the ability to create a Person, Company and Deal record all together, at the same time.

Provide the ability to add a Person while adding a Deal associated to that Person as opposed to currently where if I get a new Deal from a referral I have to go add the Person first and then add the Deal.
