Allow more customization within the Reports tab
Users would like to change the graph type that is represented (i.e. make a bar chart a pie chart)

I would like to see further logic behind the "Deals created Last quarter in and owned by all users" in terms of showing all deals regardless of created date. To allow better reporting on how many deals are crossing quarters/aging.
