would like to run list of current deals by "product" and then within each product section of the list, second sort by close date (or some other field). Or would run list first by territory and then by date or product. Yes, we could create separate lists to do this but it is more convenient for a sales review to have one list.

It would be great if we could search by address so that we can see if we've been to a house before.

Provide additional for viewing the details that show when doing a search for a contact on the Global Search.
Provide a configuration for the Global Search that will allow for specifiying which results you see first (e.g. seeing Company records first).
Enhance the Global Search to only show records 'I created' or have 'my records' show on the top.
Enhance the search capabilities of the Global Search when it comes to seraching for addresses.
