This would be amazing, and I hope that you move consideration to putting a plan in action on this. Most people respond to text messages even more than email or answering their phones.

Or a Zapier Integration with Podium - Which is who we use for texting since they are one of the only platforms that is able to mask the number to match our business number - so we don't have a random number we are texting from. Make our current phone number we have had for years call-able and text-able with the help of podium.
