Enhance Email Sync functionality
Provide an ability to be able to choose which messages are pulled in through the Email Sync functionality as opposed to having ALL messages being pulled in
Provide the ability to Sync multiple email accounts with the same Pipeline user
Provide the ability to stop Sycning emails once a deal is either won or lost.

I often end up having far too many repeat files in my deals that automatically get added to a deal with each email. This would both save storage space and decrease clutter in a deal.

When multiple users in an account are synced, it is easy for duplicate activities to be created when multiple users in an account are cc'd in an email to the customer. It would be nice if there was a more streamlined process to do this instead of each user adding each other to their ignored senders lists.

My outlook is synched with PLD, when I send an email with an attachment to the person associated with a deal, the attachment/file is saved in the "FILES" section at the bottom of the deal page - love that! BUT my co-worker has an image file in his email salutation and every time he sends an email to the person in a deal, that image file is saved to the files area, so if he sends 100 emails, there are then 100 of these files.. That is super terrible!
I am not a programmer, but I would think that you could design this redundancy out so that there is only ever one of each file name saved in the deal.
