  1. Provide the ability to view previous monthly goals.

    Provide the ability to set-up Performance Pulse goals as a widget so that it shows directly on the users Dashboard.

    Provide the ability to adjust timeframes from within the Goals view so that viewing this by mont, quarter, etc. is possible.

    Provide the ability to view a 'Company Leader Board' that would show things like most calls, emails and deals closed.

    Provide additional Goal Dashboards to view progress on existing goals.

  3. When creating an activity under a company that only has one person, do not automatically associate the deal to that person. Instead, the default should be "none", as it is for companies which have multiple people.

  4. I want to change a Task from being associated with a person to that person's company itself OR to another person at that company. I can pull down the Associate To field, but I don't see options to do either of those.

  6. Provide an ability for the Pipeline App to automatically send reminder notifications whenever there are overdue tasks.

    Present a pop-up screen, when viewing an active calendar, that will remind the user to re-connect with a client and / or lead.

    Provide an ability to get reminders on Tasks without the need for having to integrate or sync email with the Pipeline App.

  7. For example, let's say we close a deal that yields 100k in each of FY23, FY24, and FY25. The ideal state would be to forecast a single opportunity so that the 300k total deal value is split between the three financial years in our revenue forecasting.

  8. Most of our customers respond so much better to texts than emails or phone calls. We currently use Podium to text our customers estimate reminders, follow up to our bids, etc. However, Podium and Pipeline don't integrate and even an app like Zapier doesn't help. We would love for Pipeline to integrate directly with Podium or for Pipeline to have the ability to text customers directly from Pipeline and track it as an activity, just like it does with email.

  9. Pipeline Team,

    Currently, it looks like only the Admin User is able to view other user's calendar events (both on the physical calendar and within the agenda section on Deal itself). If I'm a Manager but not an Admin of Pipeline with my company, I'm unable to view my staff's calendar events, only my own.

    Can this be adjusted? Feels like it should be a standard/core feature of the system.

  12. I need some way of mapping my network of people related to a deal, apart from when they are the primary contact. Ideally it would be available in an export by deal to have names of all contacts associated with a Deal.

  13. Would love to be able to run Activity list that keys off of fields in the company, deal, and people records for Activity reporting--like your other reports. Current Activity reporting is very limited. An example would be to filter the Activity list by Deal Owner (rather than Activity author), or one of our custom fields, and then by Category and by Date Written. Use case: We are tracking our demos with custom Activities and we have to use a work around to get useful territory-based reporting (activity author is not always the deal owner).   14. Instead of only being able to view deals as line items in a list, it would be helpful to visualize deals as cards in a column-based grid. This would be helpful for sales reporting meetings, where the funnel could serve as the centerpiece for conversations around pipeline velocity and status. It would be helpful if our team could view each pipeline stage as a column and discuss all deals at that stage. Furthermore, if ripeness could be displayed on each card, that would be stellar.   18. When creating a new deal - Is it possible to enter a rental contacts with a specified rental period, say 24 months. The idea is that the deal repeats in the pipeline on a per month basis. Right now we are having to copy deals per period to achieve the same objective.
