Texting customers through Pipeline
Most of our customers respond so much better to texts than emails or phone calls. We currently use Podium to text our customers estimate reminders, follow up to our bids, etc. However, Podium and Pipeline don't integrate and even an app like Zapier doesn't help. We would love for Pipeline to integrate directly with Podium or for Pipeline to have the ability to text customers directly from Pipeline and track it as an activity, just like it does with email.

Autosave content in activity text field
Please for the love of God, fix the issue where whatever I wrote in the activity text field isn't erased because I moved the browser tab to a different window. Stop refreshing the page and erasing the content from the text area. It would be nice if anytime I wrote something it was saved so that I can update it later if I need to come back to that tab in the browser. I have saved 5,272 quick notes to write an update to a deal, then cut and paste it into Pipeline so it doesn't get erased for some…

Can you please change the way you tab through field groups.
When you set up field group they list vertically. They also show vertical when you add a person, deal or company using the '+' sign. The issue is when they appear on the main screen under the deal, person or company the display is a horizontal order, left to right, top to bottom. When you tab though on those pages the tab moves vertically. So entering information or correcting information on the main screens is more difficult because it doesn't follow the order originally set up. Adding Feature to View Email Address associated with an Email Activity in Activity Feed
An email activity recorded in the activity feed will start with "John Smith sent an email to Jane Doe at Company Name" and will then include the subject name and the contents of the email. However, it will not show the email address contacted for Jane Doe.
If Jane Doe has 2 emails, then, in the current state of the activity, we do not know which of Jane's email addresses were contacted.
Could Pipeline add a feature to allow us to view which email address, in addition to which person, we are contacting?

Send bulk emails on behalf of other users
You can only send emails on behalf of other users via an email campaign. It would be great if you could also do this from a bulk email.

Surface Account Admin's for Non-admin Users
As a user I want to be able to know who my account admin's are should I have any questions. Example: best practices that fall outside of Pipeline support, how to have admin access. Idea - within the help dropdown add placeholder for "contact (company name) account admin"
As a customer team member the thought here is this may reduce some of the inbound questions from non-admin users if we can easily make users aware of who within their company they should contact.
Thought from Pipeliner perspective - maybe in the account settings account admins choose who they would like…

Default to Won when there are only 2 stages in pipeline
If there are only 2 stages in a pipeline, creating a deal will default to the lost stage. Generally users will submit won deals.

Additional deal primary contact conditions for deal automations
Deal primary contact ID is the only person condition available for deal automations. Add options for additional person details.

Toggle between company views and associated contacts OR ability to reference a company/contact view when creating a cusom list. ASAP.
When I create a custom list of companies, based on my specific target market, I should be able to toggle easily to see all associated contacts. I cannot. Alternatively, from the People view, I should be able to reference a campaign/custom list/view/etc. as a column and sort for contacts included in that criteria. This is basic, table stakes functionality if a salesperson is utilizing your CRM to build out and work a territory.

Create a owner filter that selects all inactive users which updates dynamically as new users are deactivated.
