  1. When sending a campaign that has hyperlinks to other companies, it would be nice if Pipeline could provide on a single page of those recipients who clicked on various hyperlinks. That way we could tailor a follow-up to the recipient concerning their specific interest. Right now, it's a pain because you have to go to the records report and view each recipient individually to determine what they looked at. For a nice example of how this should work, visit GMass. GMass does an excellent job. I would like that capability in Pipeline as well!

  2. Clicking on the multiple emails you would like to "ignore" and then removing would be most helpful as opposed to removing one at a time!

  3. Previously, when a required field was left blank while editing a person or company, the editor would snap-to that field if you tried to submit. It no longer does this, so if you have many fields it's a pain to have to search through and find the one required one that's preventing a submission or update.

  7. You can send yourself an email copy of the activity in the notify others section, but after the activity is saved you can no longer send yourself a copy.

  9. When a user creates an activity from the Company Profile they have the option to associate the activity to a deal. If the user also attaches a file to the activity, the file will be associated to the company, but not the deal.

  10. We would like a way for emails to be captured on a deal page once the deal is booked. We do a lot of implementation after a deal is booked so tracking is very important.

  15. Vicidial and or other integration for lead sourcing and notes. Ability for sales agents to not log off dialer and enter in all notes, appointments, and follow up from call to be saved in Pipeline.

  16. ABC company could be the main corporation/HQ. Create an optional tree with branches which show the other companies under/owned by the main Corp name.

    ABC Company is main Corp/HQ
    Company 1
    Company 2
    Company 3
    etc...are owned by ABC Company and so user has option to list those those under the HQ

  17. I would like the opportunity to export/print the activity notes for a contact or group of contacts. This way, we can share the activities/notes on an individual contact, company or group of companies with others not in PD. I can explain further the idea if you give me a call at --****.   19. It would be great if there was a way to create a group tag that alerts multiple people on an activity. For instance, our team is growing, and instead of having to write out and tag each of our names individually, being able to instead tag @_____ in a comment that emails all of us on that team team.

  20. Provide more flexible reporting that would allow for design by individual users rather then just being limited to only filtering.

    Provide the ability to report on individual facilities.

    Provide additional 'user-defined' statistics and metrics for use in the Reporting.

    Provide additional exportable sales metrics within Reporting.

    Provide unique reports by individual so that reporting on things like 'What Have I Sold?" and "How Close am I to My Quota?" is possible.

    Provide an easier reporting solution when it comes to individual contributions (e.g. more accurate win ratio based on dollars as opposed to the number of deals).
