Find duplicates based on first/last name
Currently, the duplicate finder only looks for duplicates based on email. It would be nice if it also could find duplicates based on first/last name.

Thank you so much for the feedback provided on the ability to identify and merge/delete duplicate records. I'm excited to announce that we have launched the beta for our new De-Duplication feature this morning. You can now run duplicate checks on person list views by navigating to List Options > [Beta] Check List for Duplicates.
The feature is available to admins, executive users, and any users who have the option to merge records (via the Edit User modal in the account settings).

More options when cloning records
When cloning a record, I would like a few additional options:
Clone with:
1) activities
2) files
3) fieldsWe clone deals often and a lot of times we want all of the activities and files but not the fields pre-populated because a number of fields will be different. It's a pain point to have to manually clear every single field when cloning.

View a file without clicking on it
Having multiple uploads inside a deal sometimes people don't name it correctly or there are a million uploaded to look through to find something. Could there be a view icon just to see what the first image of the file looks like either you could put the mouse over the view icon or click on that to see? This would save time rather than searching through all of these uploads.

Provide the ability to delete or rename past goals, and sort them. It's a bit messy looking into the past now...like a never-ending pile of post-it notes that may or may not be relevant any longer.

Improve searching by two letter state code
Hi Ideas,
Greetings from Lockdown London. I trust you are well.Please see below email exchange between myself and your customer service dept. I find it incredulous that 2-letter state codes can't be used on Pipeline.
Either me & my team are doing something wrong, or Pipeline needs improving.

Remove automatic company name creation from email entry
Company names are often created when adding a new record based on the email address . . . this is not always accurate and creates unnecessary companies in the database.
