Keep files attached to a deal activity associated to the deal
When a user creates an activity from the Company Profile they have the option to associate the activity to a deal. If the user also attaches a file to the activity, the file will be associated to the company, but not the deal.

The ability to toggle whether email sync associates activities to closed deals
We would like a way for emails to be captured on a deal page once the deal is booked. We do a lot of implementation after a deal is booked so tracking is very important.

Activity notes export
I would like the opportunity to export/print the activity notes for a contact or group of contacts. This way, we can share the activities/notes on an individual contact, company or group of companies with others not in PD. I can explain further the idea if you give me a call at --****. Allow adding group of people as collaborators on an activity rather than requiring that they be selected individually
It would be great if there was a way to create a group tag that alerts multiple people on an activity. For instance, our team is growing, and instead of having to write out and tag each of our names individually, being able to instead tag @_____ in a comment that emails all of us on that team team.

Activity feed section - separate search function out at top
I enter every activity I do so all day long so that's the most important part of the software. Why do you have the search function at the top? It takes up room so there is hardly any room at the bottom of the screen to put my info.

Declutter Activity Sections - remove/edit header information
Activities section acts more like an audit trail rather than a neat, concise note section. Would be nice if header information was configurable or optional or gone. Much of it seems unnecessary to show in that view. Author, category, date, ok but don't need Deal Name, Person, or Company Name. At least the way we use it, those things are obvious from the record being viewed (that houses the activities).

Make Activities more organized and easier to use
Provide the ability to better organize and sort the Activities section so that finding the relevant information less difficult.
Organize the history in an easier to read format and reduce the need to have to scroll through tons of data in order to find the most relevant information.
Provide the ability to quickly sort through Activities (for example, being able to sort by email, subject matter, email title, etc.).
Provider a cleaner, more user friendly interface to log information from Sales calls while making it easier to attach this information logged to a Company.

Ability to place a task or f/up on an activity
It would be great to be able to place a task or f/up flag on activities rather than having to close out of the activity and then create a new task somehow referencing back to that particular activity.

Have the box where you add people (Notify Others) already open so I can click or tab into it and type the name of the person I have to add to the conversation
Every single activity I do I have to add a person. Doing this time after time is tedious as I have to do it with a mouse.1 vote -
