Copy and Pasting in the address field
With the new "Add Company" dialog box, you can no longer cut and paste the entire address into the Address field and the entire address would auto fill. This adds a tremendous amount of time to adding Companies when you can not import a file.

Universal Account Sign-In
I have roughly 12-15 Clients I log in to their PLD account on a weekly basis-sometimes daily. Would it be possible to get a Universal sign-in for the accounts and have my clients approve it? It would save me a significant amount of time to not have to toggle in and out of accounts. Thank you.

Tagging Files
Frequently when tagging files, the screen does not stay in the same location, it move to the top of the page and you have to scroll back down to where you are trying to tag a file. Not very efficient.

When I click on a date for a task/activity, can a calendar just pop up? It would make it so much easier to reschedule
When I click on a date for a task/activity, can a calendar just pop up? It would make it so much easier to reschedule than the way it is now, if you don't want to choose one of the pop up options, you have to click several times before the calendar comes up to reschedule to a different date. It would be nice to eliminate all of the clicks..

Snap-to required fields that have been left blank.
Previously, when a required field was left blank while editing a person or company, the editor would snap-to that field if you tried to submit. It no longer does this, so if you have many fields it's a pain to have to search through and find the one required one that's preventing a submission or update.

Enhanced sorting capabilities with List Views
Provide the ability within List Views to sort more than one column at the same time.
Provide the ability within List Views to sort by Deal Stage.

New update is horrible
The new format update is a real time killer. Too many extra clicks necessary. Redundancy within the account page and activities. No need for the Bold Italic features that take up space so I have to scroll down to add an activity. No need for the Notify others tab to have to be unchecked every account. No need for Deal and person to be listed in 2 separate areas. Being able to click on task or event was much easier than having to click the + sign, choose task or event, and then add the task. I make 200 contacts…

Reduce clicks.
Replace all drop down menus with tabs. It takes longer to click on a drop down menu than to click on a tab.
Eg., Agenda, has that + drop down menu for TASK or EVENT. Much easier to show tabs, means user does one click.
Less clicks everywhere all the time, please.

Give us the option to leave the top blue header visible or not.
As I scroll down a screen, the blue navigation bar at the top of the screen scrolls up and out of sight. I often find myself scrolling up and up to get it back so I can search for the next record I need.
I don't know if everyone would like to see it remain on screen as everything below it scrolls, but I sure would. If you think that wouldn't be universally appreciated, perhaps you could make it an option for the user.
Just my partly-baked idea for the day.

Desk Phone
When looking at a person you can only see their office & mobile number. Would like to be able to see their Direct Line or Desk Phone also.

Layout changes
When you change a display or layout like you did with the "Company" layout you should give the customer the option to like it/keep it or not like and keep the old layout

Upfront Notice that adding a new user equals paying for a new license
User feels that adding a new user and and no mention of additional cost upfront is confusing. He understands the requirement to pay for add'l license comes up after inputting new person, Feels it should be acknowledged before hand and clearly relaying that a new user equals paying for a new license.

Your product on different platforms is becoming not user friendly
I typically do not give feedback, however, it has become necessary. My colleagues and I have been more and more frustrated. I use this software almost daily.
Our frustration is you keep upgrading an already easy-to-use product. It is now becoming harder and harder to use. The other day I was trying to make a quick note on my iPhone CRM and noticed you could not get to certain places to make the proper notes. I am sure your ideas are helpful to some, especially those with a technical background.

Add a new column to list views that automatically shows the time zone based on address
Add a new system field that you an add to list views or shows in the profile page what time zone the person is on based on their address or area code.
