  1. Fix Excel Plug-In

    Every Monday when I go to do report in Excel, my Excel Plugin for Pipeline literally disappears and I have to go through the process of downloading it every single Monday.

    I also run into errors when trying to refresh a list, 75% of the time when I hit refresh, it pulls in a completely different list unrelated to the list I am trying to get. I have to disconnect the list and find it again to refresh

  2. Add 'updated_by_user_id' as an attribute

    In the webhook calls to our endpoint, we'd like to identify the user that is making the update in PD; however, we don't see an 'updatedbyuser_id' attribute in the posted JSON object

  4. Allow user to designate default system fields for the Quickbooks integration

    Please allow for us to designate or widen the selection of system fields that can be pulled from to create a contact with the Quickbooks integration. We need for the system fields for home address, home email, home phone and mobile phone to also be populated when selecting a contact from within Pipeline to be created within Quickbooks via the integration.

  5. Add ability to specify return of exact matches only via API calls

    Please add the ability to indicate that only exact matches should be returned when submitting an API call. At the moment, partial matches are triggering false positives rather than only being triggered when an exact match is detected.

  7. VICIdial and or other dialer integration for lead sourcing and notes.

    Vicidial and or other integration for lead sourcing and notes. Ability for sales agents to not log off dialer and enter in all notes, appointments, and follow up from call to be saved in Pipeline.
